Kitchen Manager

Location: Brownsburg IN, 46112

Compensation: Hourly, starting at $20/hr but could be more based on experience

Schedule: Evening Shifts, Full-Time

B Squared Bar & Grill is a fast-growing, team-oriented restaurant that takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. We’re currently hiring a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team and uphold our standards of quality, organization, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of 5 kitchen staff with a focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork

  • Work the line during dinner shifts, leading by example and ensuring strict quality control during service

  • Maintain inventory, manage ordering, and control food costs

  • Create and execute prep lists to ensure efficient kitchen flow

  • Develop and test new recipes in collaboration with ownership

  • Create weekly staff schedules and ensure shift coverage

  • Maintain cleanliness and good closing procedures, food safety, and organization throughout the kitchen

  • Communicate clearly with front-of-house and management teams

Hours:

  • Evening shift: 4 PM to close on the shifts you are working

  • Kitchen operates 7 days a week

    • Sunday–Thursday: 11 AM – 9 PM

    • Friday–Saturday: 11 AM – 10 PM
